3. Is there a refund policy for subscriptions?
No. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage candidates to carefully review the package details before making a purchase.
4. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time by paying the difference in package fees. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
